3. Safety. By us understanding the importance of safety within your business model and its implications on your bottom line; we ensure that the safety of each manufactured product is initiated at the design process.
4. Technical support commences from the onset of taking a brief from our client.
- We supply you with qualified engineers within your respective operating fields as opposed to “sales managers”. Reason being we want to understand your key deliverables and not supply you with a generic /”off the shelf” product offering that do not deliver to your KPI’s
- Provide on-site technical support and product training inclusive of training on application of product
- Comprehensive technical specs labelled on each product with clear indication of batch number which certifies manufacturing plant
5. Forwarding and warehousing forms an integral role within our process as it ensure premium delivery and replenishment to our partners. We have a vested interest in these fields which ensures a higher ROI
- Forwarding includes air, road, rail and water. We are currently shipping the highest number of containers from Northern China to SA
- Warehousing within market enables us to store a substantial amount of replenishment stock for our partners ensuring immediate turnaround time
